This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work and wants to build a career in industrial gas turbine repair. In this role, you will learn how to disassemble, inspect, measure, repair, and assemble gas turbine rotor components while working alongside experienced rotor mechanics. You will gain practical experience with precision measurement, blueprint interpretation, rotor stack assembly, mechanical troubleshooting, rigging practices, quality control procedures, and turbine component identification. Through a structured training path, you will develop the skills needed to support maintenance and overhaul work on General Electric (GE) and Siemens Westinghouse industrial gas turbine rotors while meeting safety, quality, and customer requirements.
