AAA-USA Inc. is seeking an Airfoil Inspector in Florida to assess gas turbine components and ensure compliance with procedures and drawings.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, ability to interpret technical drawings, and basic MS Office/SAP skills. Travel or relocation to Jupiter or Stuart may be required; the position offers a temp-to-perm path and immediate placement with health benefits and PTO.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings or work instructions.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP, and timekeeping applications.

Aufgaben

• Assess gas turbine components following documented procedures, blueprints, drawings, and established practices.
• Conduct visual inspections as required.
• Prepare First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) and maintain related documentation.
• Interface with engineering and order execution teams to improve work instructions and routing.
• Generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in the QSI system.
• Review job paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Use precision measuring equipment for incoming assessments.
• Move equipment and parts using small cranes.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow EHS regulations in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle waste per EHS procedures, including segregating hazardous waste and labeling containers.
