Job summary

Black Hills Energy is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - Transportation Services to support GSTS software such as Quorum and Openlink Endur, ensuring robust operations for gas supply and transportation. You will manage budgets, upgrades, testing, and vendor relationships while collaborating with IT and analytics teams to optimize reporting and data access.

Denver, CO or Council Bluffs, IA, with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Gas Supply and Transportation Services software applications with IT for continuity.
• Manage software budgeting (capital and O&M) for GSTS applications.
• Project manage enhancements, patches, upgrades, testing, go-lives.
• Oversee vendor relationships, training, tickets, and invoices.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Data Analytics; support Power BI reporting needs.
• Establish reporting environments and self-service data access for the team.
• Monitor day-to-day system processes; support SOX, audit and risk activities.
