Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking an entry-level Stocking Clerk to deliver remarkable customer service with product knowledge and a friendly attitude. You will stock shelves, move products, and support back-room operations to ensure our store is organized and ready for customers.

The role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and safety in a fast-paced retail environment. Ideal candidate can lift up to 50 lbs, learn basic technology, and work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to correct shelf locations.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas.
• Work with leadership to ensure areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
