Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Store Manager in their absence, including daily paperwork and orders.
• Demonstrate competence with Point of Sale and back-office systems.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
• Assign and inspect shift duties and responsibilities.
• Understand and apply labor laws as they apply to retail operations.
• Support safety culture by following safety rules and regulations.
• Interact professionally with team members and support staff.
• Make recommendations regarding employee performance when asked.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
