Job summary

The Viejas Pit Stop in Alpine, CA is seeking a Gas Station F&B Attendant to prepare and cook orders, including appetizers, pizzas and sandwiches, according to prescribed menus. You will ensure proper temperatures, correct storage, and appealing presentation, while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include inventory, nightly QA/QC for freshness, sanitation, and supporting store operations, with effective knife skills and adherence to health regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Handler’s certificate required.
• Experience with POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food orders, including appetizers, pizzas, and sandwiches, per menus/recipes.
• Store, stock, and date all food items; maintain deli line QA/QC for freshness.
• Monitor refrigerator/icebox temperatures; coordinate repairs as needed.
• Assist with clerk/attendant duties and inventory storage.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards; follow policies and SOPs.
• Operate POS and ensure accurate transactions; assist with opening/closing duties.
