Job summary

Viejas Pit Stop is hiring a Gas Station Clerk to manage daily POS transactions, assist in food preparation, and maintain a clean and safe customer-service area. You will stock merchandise, monitor inventories, and support store operations during peak hours.

The role requires a Food Handler’s Certificate, 21+ years of age, and 1–2 years of restaurant experience. Training for beverage service and safety procedures is provided after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Handler’s Certificate required.
• RBS Certification of alcohol awareness must be obtained within 90 days.
• California Responsible Beverage Service Training required upon hire.
• Must be age 21+.
• 1–2 years restaurant production/cooking experience preferred.
• Experience with a web-based inventory ordering system.
• Experience with cooking and catering preferred.
• Experience with a rapid cook oven helpful.
• Knowledge of microwave, toaster, hot press, and turbo ovens.
