Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers enthusiastically and professionally; create a welcoming environment.
• Provide accurate checkout service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Follow the Four Steps of Customer Service to achieve satisfaction and Mystery Shop goals.
• Inform customers about promotions, loyalty programs, and product recommendations.
• Represent the company with professional appearance and conduct.
• Operate POS system for cash, credit, and debit transactions; ensure correct change and receipts.
