Walmart Sam's Club location in Raymore, MO is seeking a Customer Member Associate to explain membership options, assist with purchases, and promote products and services while ensuring a safe and clean environment. You will help customers with decisions, resolve issues, stock merchandise, and operate checkout equipment in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.

The role includes maintaining the Gas Station and Car Wash area, following company procedures, and delivering excellent service to members

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Explain membership types and benefits to Members to assist with account decisions.
• Assist with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving Member issues, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
• Maintain the Gas Station and Car Wash area per company policies; handle claims and returns; organize merchandize, supplies, and ensure safety.
