Job summary

Sam's Club in Saint Charles, MO is seeking an hourly associate to help Members with purchases, explain Membership options, and promote products and services. You will provide customer service by identifying Member needs and assisting with decisions while maintaining safety and a clean store environment.

You will also operate the cash register, stock merchandise, and maintain the Gas Station/Car Wash area, including signage and pricing. This role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and explains Membership types, programs and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions and promote the value of Sam's Club products and services.
• Provides Customer/Member service by acknowledging and identifying Member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
• Maintains the Gas Station/Car Wash area, including cleanliness, pricing signage, and safe operation of related equipment; stocks merchandises and supplies; handles claims and returns per policy.
