Job summary

• Explain membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions
• Provide customer/member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving issues
• Maintain gas station/car wash area and ensure accurate pricing signage
• Maintain gas station/car wash area per company policies and ensure safe work environment
• Receive and stock merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers, organize facility, and complete required paperwork
• Operate cash registers and process customer purchases using appropriate payment procedures
• Operate and maintain gas station/car wash area equipment and provide products/services to customers
