Responsibilities

• Communicates and explains Membership types, programs, and benefits to Members to assist with account decisions.
• Builds Membership levels; encourages renewals; communicates credit card program types and application processes and promotes the value of Sams Club products and services.
• Provides CustomerMember service by acknowledging CustomerMember needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
• Maintains Gas Station/Car Wash area and pricing signage; handles claims and returns per company policies; ensures safety and organization of the area.
• Operates cash registers and processes purchases with appropriate payment types; maintains and uses Gas Station/Car Wash equipment in line with policies.
