Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Operator Qualifications (OQ) and OJT for Service Learning Path.
• May be required to hold stand-by duty and work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic service work using prescribed procedures.
• Responds to customer service requests including connections and disconnections when operator qualified.
• Inform customers of repairs and ensure satisfaction.
• Install, program, and operate WMR equipment as needed.
• Read meters and record usage for billing.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements.
