Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to support the Gas Quality Control program, conducting inspections, audits, and ensuring compliance with construction standards on various job sites.

The role requires travel between MA/CT/NH, strong documentation and communication skills, and adherence to safety policies. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in gas distribution, utility, or technical field preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Operator Qualifications.
• Valid Motor Vehicle License required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work practices per Health and Safety Handbook and Contractor Safety Manual.
• Verify work aligns with Gas Distribution construction standards and procedures.
• Review work packages, mark out tickets, and mapping information for accuracy.
• Monitor resources associated with the re-dig program.
• Onboard contractor crews and ensure Operator Qualification Plan compliance.
• Document inspection results accurately and support the gas quality control programs.
