Job summary

You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, respond to equipment failures across the facility, and report to the Plant Maintenance Manager. Requires 2+ years of mechanical experience and a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance or mechanical experience.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background, drug screen, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) inspections.
• Diagnose, repair, and rebuild equipment including balers, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and pumps.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and service calls.
• Maintain Daily Equipment Inspection (DEI) logs and backlog.
• Adjust work priorities to meet production demands.
