Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Company LP in Kingfisher, Oklahoma, seeks a Board Operator to safely and efficiently operate the process, storage, loading, and unloading systems of a liquid fractionation or cryogenic facility using electronic, computerized, or manual controls.

You will monitor control panels, read gauges, perform routine maintenance, record readings, and support Process Safety Management while working 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Pass drug test and background check.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Prior Board Operator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor instrument panels and adjust controls to regulate process variables.
• Oversee temperature and flow controls of product.
• Read gauges, inspect products, perform routine maintenance.
• Record data from equipment readings and manage permits when qualified.
• Operate within Process Safety Management and environmental permit requirements.
