Job summary

Centuri is seeking a Gas Pipeline Welder to fabricate and install steel natural gas main lines and services, ensuring safety for peers and the community. You will inspect, test, and maintain pipelines, and manage welding equipment and materials on live utility projects.

Ideal candidates have prior welding experience in gas utilities, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a strong safety mindset. Positions involve outdoor sites and adherence to DOT safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install steel natural gas main lines and services.
• Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipelines.
• Manage and maintain welding equipment, supplies and material.
• Repair, restore and install gas pressure regulators and devices.
• Modify, clean, and maintain pipe systems, units, and fittings.
• Maintain all industry required Operator Qualifications.
• Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership.
