• Ability to read and draft as-builts/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction crew on job site to ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage field operations with focus on safety, efficiency, cost, and schedule.
• Complete daily paperwork such as timesheets and production reports.
• Train crew in company safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with customers, inspectors, and subcontractors on field work.
• Monitor progress to align with project schedule and costs.
