Job summary

Southeast Connections LLC is seeking a Construction Foreman to oversee a field crew on gas pipeline projects, ensuring installation standards and safety compliance are met. You will manage daily site activities, coordinate with inspectors and subcontractors, and drive project progress while maintaining quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates have hands-on foreman experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient knowledge of gas installation techniques and standards.
• Three+ years as a field foreman or lead on gas-pipeline construction.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction crew and provide hands-on support.
• Manage large projects with 5+ employees on site.
• Complete daily paperwork: timesheets, as-builts, production reports.
• Train crew on company safety policies.
• Interface with customers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors in the field.
• Ensure work complies with installation standards and safety requirements.
• Monitor progress to align with schedule and budget.
