NY STATE ELECTRIC & GAS CORP in Geneva, NY is seeking a Manager - Lead Supervisor for Gas Maintenance & Ops. You will oversee daily gas construction and maintenance activities, supervise both company staff and contractor crews, and ensure system integrity and public safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years relevant experience preferred
• Associate's with 8+ years relevant experience preferred
• HS Diploma/GED with 10 years relevant experience and knowledge of gas work

Responsibilities

• Plans and oversees work of gas departments ensuring safe, efficient operation
• Schedules crews and coordinates materials and equipment
• Administers damage claims, billing, time sheets, and job kitting
• Oversees budget management and coordination with local officials
• Aligns work practices for consistency across groups
• Supervises emergency restoration and safety training coordination
