Job summary

Vector Talent Solutions is seeking a Gas Module Exchange Technician in Indiana to install, inspect, and service gas modules. You will work under the Gas Module Foreman, operate a light truck, and use handheld devices to input data.

The role requires safety adherence, reliability, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Ideal candidates will have outdoor work experience and a willingness to join the union within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience outdoors (landscaping, construction, etc.) is preferred.
• Willingness to join the union within 30 days of hire.
• Able to use basic hand tools and work with low voltage systems.
• Good follow-through with written and verbal instructions.
• Desire to learn on-the-job and in classroom settings.
• Must work with accuracy and follow safety rules.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Install and inspect gas modules for proper function.
• Perform field service tasks including equipment repair and maintenance.
• Operate a light truck to transport equipment to sites.
• Use handheld devices to enter data and program gas modules.
• Adhere to scheduling and attendance requirements.
• Work autonomously under the Gas Module Foreman.
• Follow safety equipment use and safety procedures.
• Evaluate testing results and adjust as needed.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues to maintain relationships.
