Storti Quality is hiring a Natural Gas Meter Mechanic to install and replace gas meters and regulators, perform integrity tests, and inspect service lines and regulators on site in Orlando, FL. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely delivery with a company vehicle provided.

Qualified candidates will have 2–5+ years in construction or mechanical work, a high school diploma or GED, and OSHAHAZWOPER training preferred. Excellent communication and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years construction or mechanical experience.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• OSHA 10/30 or HAZWOPER training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install/replace natural gas meters, regulators, and related equipment.
• Perform maintenance and investigations on gas equipment.
• Conduct external surface inspections for corrosion.
• Carry out leak surveys using a CGI device.
• Inspect regulator vents and lock meters when needed.
• Demonstrate customer-focused service and conflict deescalation.
• Report results via mobile devices with company apps.
• Maintain safety, ethics, and compliance in all tasks.
