Qualifications

• Must have a Plumbers license for the state of Arkansas.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of Residential Plumbing, pipe fitting & repair experience.
• 2-3 years of service plumbing experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education/experience accepted.
• Underground utilities experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets client and operating company standards related to gas meter piping work.
• Installs gas regulators, piping and pipe fittings with iron pipe.
• Keeps accurate records including daily work logs and installation records.
• Cleans and prepares worksites to eliminate hazards.
• Maintains tools and equipment for proper use and upkeep.
• Plans pipe system layout and installation per specifications.
• Drives safety and quality by following procedures and regulations.
• Shuts off gases from pipe sections with valve keys or wrenches.
• Assists crew leaders in construction and maintenance work.
• Works around customer properties and heavy equipment safely.
