Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a field operations professional to maintain gas meters, regulators, RTU/SCADA equipment, and related components in accordance with regulatory requirements. The role involves ensuring accuracy, calibrating instruments, and installing equipment in new facilities.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with preference for some college or technical training. Candidates should be able to work independently and communicate effectively with customers, with

Qualifications

Must have detailed knowledge of EPA, DOT, RRC, OSHA, NEC, AGA, API and GPA requirements and procedures.
Capable of working with minimal supervision and communicating effectively with customers.
Proficiency in basic PC tasks and documentation.

Responsibilities

Maintain and operate facilities in compliance with specifications, codes and safety standards.
Perform calibration, inspection and maintenance of measurement-related equipment.
Install instrumentation in new and renovated measurement facilities.
Inspect and maintain pressure and volumetric control equipment.
Collect gas samples following safety guidelines and regulations.
