Endurance Lift Solutions in the United States Texas area seeks a gas lift technician responsible for inspection, assembly, disassembly, testing, repair, and maintenance of gas lift valves, mandrels, and related equipment. You will ensure conformity to specifications, SOPs, and safety procedures while maintaining service records.

The role requires 3–4 years of artificial lift experience (gas lift preferred), basic math and tool proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Three to four years of artificial lift experience, preferably with gas lift equipment.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, memos, and equipment specifications.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and maintain accurate inspection and testing records.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Basic hand tool proficiency.
• Ability to use gauges, measuring instruments, and pressure testing equipment.
• Basic computer skills to operate computerized test equipment and enter service records.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and testing to ensure gas lift equipment meets specifications and SOPs.
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, assemble, and repair gas lift valves and related components.
• Inspect gas lift mandrels and equipment for wear, damage, and serviceability.
• Set and verify gas lift valve charge pressures and operating settings per procedures.
• Safely operate high-pressure testing and charging equipment, relieving pressure before handling.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify components needing repair or replacement.
• Document inspection findings, test results, repairs, and equipment IDs for traceability.
• Assist with loading, unloading, handling, and storage of gas lift equipment.
• Maintain work areas, tools, fixtures, and testing equipment; follow safety procedures.
• Train new hires in gas lift equipment principles and shop procedures.
