Job summary

Storti is seeking an entry-level Leak Survey Technician to join our Arlington, VA team. You will conduct gas leak detection, perform field inspections, and compile accurate reports using GIS tools.

A company vehicle is provided to support fieldwork, and comprehensive training will be offered. No prior natural gas experience is required; candidates from construction, HVAC, or field locating backgrounds are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, or related field is helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for fieldwork.
• Willingness to travel across the United States.
• Experience in leak surveys, construction, or customer interaction is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Detect and report gas leaks; training provided.
• Perform field inspections and compile clear reports.
• Learn and use GIS tools to visualize data.
• Assist clients with FlowGIS and Esri software.
• Travel to various locations across the United States as needed.
