We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, seeks a GIS Specialist (Gas) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role supports Gas Operations by creating and maintaining maps of underground gas facilities and analyzing maps for safety and accuracy.

It also administers the required document archive and covers all gas areas. Responsibilities include processing construction and maintenance orders, taking field calls, and ensuring data quality.

Qualifications

• Two years of GIS or CAD work experience in the past five years.
• One year of GIS or CAD work experience with four GIS courses in the past five years.
• Certificate in GIS Technology or six GIS courses completed in the past five years.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain maps of underground gas distribution facilities.
• Analyze maps for accuracy to ensure public safety and system integrity.
• Administer the archive of legally required documents.
