Gas and Supply seeks a Fill Plant Technician to prepare compressed and liquefied gases for cylinder filling, following safety guidelines and procedures. The role includes pre-fill and post-fill inspections, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

You will operate pumping equipment and assist with loading, unloading, and inventory in an industrial setting. Candidates should be able to lift up to 60 lbs, read MSDS sheets, and work independently with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug test.
• Must pass background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend material safety data sheets (MSDS).
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work overtime and at industrial sites.

Responsabilités

• Operate and safely maintain equipment for pumping or repackaging gases into cylinders.
• Perform pre-fill and post-fill inspections and tests before cylinders are released.
• Maintain cylinder filling records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Inspect and maintain pumping apparatus and gauges and monitoring devices.
• Fill cylinders to proper pressure or weight.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and inventory.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
