Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years' experience with gas distribution and/or transmission system design and cost estimating.
• 5+ years proficiency with standard computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Technical responsibility for planning, developing, interpreting, organizing and executing complex projects.
• Lead projects while managing forecasting, cost control, and ensuring timely completion.
• Plan work activity schedules, resource allocation, prioritization of activities.
• Develop scope of work, design criteria and selection of outside service providers.
• Monitor project budgets and oversee the work of contractors.
