Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must have or obtain Class A CDL.
• Backhoe experience preferred; ability to operate heavy equipment.
• Background check and DOT drug screen required.
• Strong pipeline experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in construction, operation and maintenance of gas distribution, transportation or production system.
• Set meters, retire old meter sets, set curb boxes, repair service lines, connect/disconnect meters, repair leaks.
• Use tapping and air compressor equipment and make connections at mainlines.
• Perform ditch digging, back filling, carry tools and materials.
• Operate equipment such as backhoes, excavators, dump trucks.
