Miller Pipeline, LLC is hiring Laborers to join our gas distribution pipeline crews. You will assist in repair, maintenance, construction, installation, and fusion of plastic pipe, and contribute to reconditioning gas distribution pipelines.

We offer on-the-job safety training, teamwork, and opportunities to grow. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Class A CDL are required, along with a clean driving record and ability to obtain a DOT physical.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Valid Driver's License with Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record and DOT physical (or able to obtain).
• 1 year of outdoor work or manual labor experience required.
• Must pass computer-based testing for local operator qualifications.
• Preferred: 1+ year gas construction experience.

Responsabilités

• Properly lift tools, objects and equipment of varying weight.
• Compress soil and asphalt.
• Shovel material, soil and cold patch asphalt mix.
• Operate vehicles used for hauling.
• Assist in the demolition, take-up and reconditioning of old pipe.
• Score and break asphalt or concrete with a jackhammer.
• Repair backfilled trench areas with grass seed or asphalt.
• Travel frequently within the area for work assignments.
