Job summary

Riley Brothers, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Fuser to join our growing team. You will install natural gas distribution systems for new construction subdivisions, assembling piping and testing installations per blueprints.

Requires 2–3 years in gas distribution or related construction, with Poly Gas Fuser experience a plus. CDL Class A with tanker endorsement preferred; ability to travel ~10% of the time and pass background checks is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in the construction, underground or gas distribution industry.
• Poly Gas Fuser experience is a huge plus.
• 2-3 years of experience with fusing/welding methods and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Install new plastic PVC & steel gas main services.
• Assemble and secure pipes, fittings, and related equipment by welding, brazing, or soldering.
• Inspect and test installed systems and pipelines.
• Measure and mark pipes for cutting and threading.
• Plan pipe system layout and installation per blueprints.
• Operate and transport materials using commercial vehicles.
• Ensure licenses, tags, permits, and proof of insurance are current.
• Coordinate with equipment operators for alignment and movement.
• Work safely around heavy machinery and prepare sites.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately and maintain safety.
