Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Pass Operator Qualification Testing for Natural Gas work.
• Experience with layouts, elevations, and ordering materials for site work.
• Exposure to both residential and commercial projects.
• Ability to communicate well with co-workers and customers.
• Experience maintaining a safe work environment.
• Must be able to pass a post offer, pre-employment physical assessment test.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day work of Laborers and Operators on natural gas infrastructure projects.
• Monitor daily production rates, report hours and supervise subcontractors while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
