Job Summary

The primary duties include performing diagnostic tests on diesel vehicles, analyzing results, and repairing or replacing engine, steering, transmission, braking, or lighting system components.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service records for clients and the company.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and battery checks.
• Install emissions control systems per pollution regulations.
• Operate hydraulic jacks or hoists safely.
• Uphold engine safety standards according to federal and state requirements.
• Inspect diesel vehicles and identify issues through diagnostics, test drives, and visual inspections.

Qualifications

• ASE certification preferred.
• CDL certification preferred (training available).
• Self-motivated and professional attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of fleet or dealership experience preferred.
