Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate in Denver, CO. This role supports receiving, storing and shipping of industrial gas cylinders and related products in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, perform inventory counts, and ensure safety and OSHA/DOT compliance. This contract-to-hire position offers 1st shift hours and hourly pay of $24–$26, with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or material handling preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus.
• Ability to work safely around industrial gases and compressed cylinders.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stage, and move compressed gas cylinders and related materials throughout the warehouse.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for delivery.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cylinder carts, and other material handling equipment.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation.
• Ensure all cylinders and materials are stored according to safety and company standards.
• Assist drivers with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Follow all OSHA, DOT, hazardous materials, and company safety procedures.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, and inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Support additional warehouse and operational tasks as needed.
