Job summary

USA Compression Partners is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to perform maintenance on our fleet of natural gas compression equipment. Travel is required and approximately 25% of the time.

You will ensure parts and resources are in place before scheduled projects and adhere to safety, environmental, and company guidelines. The role requires 3+ years of natural gas compression experience, strong mechanical ability, and the ability to read technical manuals.

Qualifications

• Technical or trade school certification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of natural gas compression experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills at the field level.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks as outlined in the Maintenance Manual.
• Travel is required and ~25% of time.
• Follow safety and environmental policies; maintain a safe work environment.
• Prepare for and participate in project work for company and customers.
• Ensure parts and resources are in place before scheduled dates.
• Input data into systems immediately after tasks.
• Maintain company vehicle per guidelines.
• Assist in repair of unplanned major failures.
• May assist during after-hours call outs.
