USA Compression Partners, LP in Casper, WY is seeking a Field Service Technician to ensure safe operation, maintenance and repair of natural gas compression equipment in the field. The role requires independent work in remote locations and a rotating 14 days on/off schedule.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, and a valid driver's license. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and submit detailed reports daily.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience levels: Level C 0–2 years; Level B 2–4; Level A 4+ years.
• Mechanical aptitude with engines, rotating equipment, or natural gas compression.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work outdoors in remote field environments.
• Provide required small hand tools.

Mansioni

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on compression equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Overhaul engines and rebuild compressors as needed.
• Complete startups, shutdowns, and commissioning safely.
• Submit maintenance reports and timesheets daily.
• Respond to call-outs and emergencies to restore service.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams.
