Job summary

Wisconsin Public Service Corp, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Manager Gas Compliance for Green Bay, Milwaukee, WI. The role leads compliance strategies, policies, and relationships with external pipeline safety regulators while coordinating internal groups to ensure regulatory adherence.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in Gas Operations and leadership experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Bachelor's degree required.
Valid driver's license required.
5+ years' Gas Operations experience.
5+ years' leadership experience (formal, informal, project or program).
Experience in managing compliance or implementing processes to enable compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Liaison between the utilities and regulatory groups such as PSCW on pipeline compliance issues.
Coordinate and communicate incidents to PSCW, MPSC, MPUC and PHMSA as required by procedures and regulations.
Coordinate and facilitate pipeline safety audits by state regulatory commissions.
Oversee Regulated Work Function (Surveys) group.
Respond to regulatory requests and notices regarding pipeline compliance.
Ensure timely submission of PHMSA and state annual/quarterly reports.
Close commitments with state regulatory commissions within defined dates.
Develop KPIs and processes to report compliance status to leadership.
Prepare utilities for audits and manage audits while in progress.
