Job summary

ABB is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for its Bartlesville, OK facility. You will lead an on-site operation for Gas Chromatography product lines, driving safety, quality and efficiency while building a high-performance team.

You will oversee daily production, coordinate staffing and workflows, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and plant goals in a dynamic, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing leadership or supervision.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop employees.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a manufacturing team with focus on safety and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily production activities including staffing, schedules, quality, and productivity.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Lead problem-solving using root-cause analysis and Lean methods.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, HR and other functions to achieve plant goals.
