Job summary

GAS Energy Staffing LLC is seeking a Gas & Chemical Technician in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on operating, monitoring, and maintaining bulk gas and specialty chemical delivery systems with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, system monitoring, and troubleshooting while supporting emergency response and waste management programs. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years related experience.
Experience in semiconductor or chemical/specialty gas field preferred.
Knowledge of reporting procedures per onsite operations policy.
Strong mechanical and electromechanical aptitude.
Ability to follow strict safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Perform minor inspections and preventive maintenance on gas and chemical equipment.
Perform daily rounds, readings, safety inspections, and system monitoring.
Make initial evaluations and request appropriate assistance when needed.
Complete TGCM Tech Level 6 local OJT within 12 months.
Participate in Safety, Training, Operations, and Preventive Maintenance programs.
Comply with HS&E standards, including PPE, LOTO, and Confined Space Entry.
Perform minor analytical or sampling procedures.
Hazardous Waste Technician duties: proper waste management and spill response.
