CoralTree Hospitality Group is seeking a talented bartender to join Garni Cafe at the Lake Nona Wave Hotel in Orlando. You will craft and serve a range of beverages while upholding policy standards and delivering a memorable guest experience.

We value three years of luxury bartending, knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer, plus required alcohol and food-handling certifications. The role requires flexibility, friendliness, and high energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ bartending experience in a luxury setting.
• Working knowledge of spirits, wine, beer and food service.
• Alcohol service and Food Handler certifications are required.
• Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness.
• Flexible; able to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Friendly and energetic; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• County/state Food Handler certs and alcohol certification or TIPs required.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve distinctive and traditional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests.
• Share knowledge of food, services and amenities to help guests feel at home.
• Provide a fun, positive guest environment and excellent service.
• Receive and ensure accuracy of food orders at the bar before delivery to guests.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Bartender to join Garni Cafe, our three meal period restaurant. You will use your mixologist talent to prepare and serve great alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for each guest, every time, all while enjoying the fun that each guest brings. While mixing and creating, the bartender is responsible for ensuring that all state, federal and property specific policies and procedures are upheld.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Experience.EMinimum of three years’ previous bartending experience in a luxury setting with a working knowledge of Spirits, Wine, Beer and Food service.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations. Alcohol service and Food Handler certifications are required.
• Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness.
• Flexible. Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekday evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Friendly. Must be able to deliver a fun and friendly environment during each guest exchange.
• Energetic. Must be able to work within an empowered and fast paced environment that services the bar and servers within the restaurant.
• Knowledge. County and state specific Food Handlers Certification, State specific alcohol certification and/or TIPs certification required.

Working Environment/Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to walk, and stand, 6-8 hours per day, and may have exposure to basic cleaning supply chemicals.
• The team member is occasionally required to climb and use balance. Additionally, they will frequently be asked to use their hands and arms to reach, carry, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
• While performing the duties of this job, the team member will experience temperature fluctuations (heat, humidity), and moderate to high noise levels.
