Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner to join our Ontario, CA facility. You’ll sort garments for shipment, organize orders by route, and assist with final inspections to ensure quality. This is a 2nd shift, full-time role with on-the-job training and a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions using standard units.
• Able to lift up to 10 lbs and push up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare garments to be shipped back to customer locations.
• Organize garments by route and stop number.
• Store garments until shipment back to the customer.
• Handle final inspection to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Prepare garments that require polybagging/wrapping.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management
