Responsibilities

• Review order forms to verify garment accuracy and completion of all steps.
• Perform cleaning tasks, trim threads, remove hoop marks or stains.
• Add barcodes and ensure licensing when required.
• Follow special instructions such as folding, poly-bagging, hanging garments, or removing tags.
• Verify final counts on order paperwork.
• Maintain positive relationships supporting the company's Core Values and profitability goals.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
• Serve as a company ambassador to build confidence, pride, and value in the brand.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
