L2 Brands is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate for 1st shift in Hanover, PA Embroidery. The role focuses on processing, detailing, and inspecting garments within the Embroidery Department to ensure product quality and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

• Review order forms to verify garment accuracy and completion of all required steps.
• Perform cleaning tasks, including trimming threads, removing paper, and eliminating hoop marks or stains.
• Add barcodes and ensure proper licensing when required.
• Follow special instructions, such as individual folding, poly-bagging, placing garments on hangers, or removing existing hang tags.
• Verify final counts on all order paperwork.
• Maintain positive and effective working relationships that support the company’s Core Values and profitability goals.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
• Serve as a company ambassador internally and externally to build confidence, pride, and value in the brand.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
