Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Garment Processor for our Olyphant, PA location. The role runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a pay rate of $16.25 per hour. You will inspect garments, apply trims, cut and finish items, and prepare orders for shipping in a professional, fast-paced environment.

• Able to lift 25 lbs.
• Safety glasses and gloves provided.

Responsibilities

• Inspect garments and trim items for correct color, scripting, size and quantity.
• Apply emblems, ID tapes, bar codes, and/or other trim as required, consulting the T-Spec book when necessary.
• Cut, surge, and hem garments as required per the work order.
• Consolidate and pack orders to ensure accurate shipping and invoicing.
• Check E-Stops and temperature on Heat Sealer.
• Report equipment problems to Maintenance or Production Supervisor immediately.
• Report damaged garments and errors to a Production Supervisor.
• Process orders by priority ship date.
• Participate in shift updates.
