Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mender to support the Rental Division. The Mender repairs uniform garments using patching, sewing buttons, and heat-sealing techniques, ensuring adherence to company standards and quality control.

The role emphasizes safety, attendance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will operate sewing and sealing equipment, keep the work area clean, and contribute to reliable service for customers while following all policies.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be willing to learn to use a computer program to accomplish work.
• Requires standing for most of shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.

Responsibilities

• Repair uniforms accurately according to company standards (patching holes/tears, replacing buttons).
• Operate heat seal machine and button sewing machine to complete tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet quality/quantity standards.
• Follow safety policies and contribute to efficient team workflow.
