Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division in Indianapolis. The role involves folding garments, counting products, and preparing bundles for delivery while keeping the work area clean.

A performance-based incentive pay structure rewards meeting or exceeding production standards. Eligibility includes US work authorization and being at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer product manually or with an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded product and prepare bundles for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
