Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in horticulture, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years in horticulture with perennial garden design, curation and maintenance.
• One-year alpine plant horticulture experience or education.
• Valid driver’s license and Massachusetts credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain multiple garden areas to the highest horticultural standards.
• Design, plan, renovate and install new plantings and beds.
• Keep accurate plant records in databases and maps.
• Supervise and mentor interns and student workers.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure timely project completion.
