Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for cleanliness of dishware and area.

• Clean and sanitize pots, pans and equipment.
• Wash and store tableware and kitchenware.
• Maintain clean, organized dishwashing area.
• Ensure adequate levels of clean tableware for dining and kitchen.
• Bag and haul trash to dumpster.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage.

Will also be required to keep the dishwashing areas and equipment clean and organized.**POSITION AUTHORITY:**The incumbent is authorized to take reasonable action necessary to carry out assigned duties and responsibilities, provided such action is consistent with position guidelines as outlined below.**POSITION GUIDELINES:**Position guidelines include, but are not limited to, established company and department policies and procedures and all supervisory directives.
