Garrett Ace Hardware in Healdsburg is hiring a Garden Sales Associate to help customers select plants and garden supplies. You will care for the nursery, water plants, stock merchandise, and prepare orders for customers' vehicles.

Responsibilities and Duties

The primary purpose of a salesperson is to assist customers in choosing the best product or service to meet their needs. In addition to the responsibilities and duties of a salesperson, the Garden Associate is responsible for the upkeep of all aspects of the plant nursery.

These duties include but are not limited to:

• Assisting customers with plants
• Water plants as needed
• Stocking merchandise
• Upkeep of plants and premises
• Loading out product to customer vehicles

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for an honest and hardworking person with a positive attitude that is willing to learn. We provide competitive pay based on experience.
